This week at FCCBC we celebrated Ascension Sunday with the Disciples in Act 4:4-14 as we asked the question of the Angels: “Why are you looking at the Heavens?” We saw the Ascension as a type of commissioning, where the Disciples were sent out into Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the world as witnesses to Christ and we said that we are to do the same in Buffalo Center, North Iowa, America and the world.
